Summer Camp 2025 at Camp Phillips

Open to all Troop 259 scouts and cleared adults (YPT and Seton).

• Schedule Dates: Jul 05-12, 2025

2025 Travel Schedule:

• TBD – Pack Check-In (location TBD)
  Sat, Jul 05 – Departure time/location TBD
  Sun, Jul 06 @ 1pm Check-In at Camp Phillips
  Mon-Fri, Jul 07-11 – Camp Phillips
  Sat, Jul 12 – Depart Camp Phillips. Arrive Plano in the evening

Estimated Cost:

• Scouts  ~$375 per scout for base camp (extra fees for some merit badge classes).
• Transportation cost is extra and depends on the number of scouts in attendance and their fundraising participation.
• Adults cost is TBD. The goal is to take at least 3 adults and at least enough to provide scout transportation.
• Refunds are available until March 2025

NOTE: Fees increase if installment and initial fees are not all paid by March 10, 2025.

Payment Schedule:

• Initial deposit : $50 Now + register at the link below.
• Installment cost (if paid in full by March 10, 2025 and already registered and paid initial fee) :
  • Scout ~ $325
  • Adult  TBD (may be $0 or up to $175)
• Merit Badge Fee/Road Food/Transportation fees : TBD in June 2025
